Terms of service

Prices are shown to approved customer accounts. Create an account and we will review it, usually the same business day — most organizations are approved as soon as we confirm who you are.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private.

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and begin pulling stock; if an item is unavailable or the price has changed, we will contact you before shipping.

Order totals shown at checkout include your discount, shipping, and applicable sales tax.

We accept card payment through a secure payment link or over the phone, checks from your organization, and purchase orders. Net-30 terms are available on request for established accounts.

Orders paid by check or purchase order are released once payment or an approved PO is on file.

We collect Wisconsin sales tax on orders shipped to Wisconsin. Nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations can upload an exemption certificate at checkout or send us one, and we will waive the tax.
