Returns & exchanges
If a shipment is not right, we fix it. That has been the deal since 1991.
If something is wrong
Call or text 920-395-8850, or email sales@badgerbingosupplies.com, within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement, a credit, or a refund.
Damaged or short shipments
Paper and daubers occasionally get damaged in transit. Send us a photo of the carton and the contents and we will ship a replacement, usually the same day.
Please count your shipment when it arrives. Short counts reported within 30 days are replaced at no cost.
Returns of unopened goods
Unopened, resalable cases of paper, unopened packs of daubers, and unused equipment can be returned within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price once they are back in our shop.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Items we cannot take back
Opened paper packs and daubers, custom-printed or special-order paper, and equipment that has been used cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method, or as a credit on your account if your organization prefers. Please allow a few business days after we receive the return.
